Job Description
As HR Administrator you will fully support and be a representative of the HR Department across the business developing relationships with employees and managers.
You provide accurate and timely communications with employees as directed and maintain confidential and accurate updates to HR databases, documentation, records, policies and information as required.
You will maintain confidence by protecting and keeping HR information and people matters confidential in line with GDPR.
You will be enthusiastic, proactive with strong organisational and time management skills, able to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met and confident to escalate relevant issues at a senior level. Confident approach to dealing with people in an honest, sensitive, impartial, and confidential manner.
Able to contribute as part of a team, adaptable and able to embrace change in a positive manner, engage in company values and have strong IT skills - MS Products. CIPD qualification desired but not essential but previous relevant experience preferable.
