Strong product management or ownership skills developed in a bank or a digital organisation
A keen eye for detail and desire to get stuck into the weeds. You will be managing and building some of the most intricate parts of our platform so this is a must.
Experience working with scrum or Agile methodologies
Experience in a b2b business where you had regular interactions with clients is ideal but not a must.
Experience working at customer level to understand underlying needs
Experience defining, prioritising and delivering a product roadmap
Ability to manage competing demands, challenging conversations, resolve conflicts and effectively mediate disputes
Ability to effectively influence and manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniority, including Exco
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with APIs and microservices architecture is ideal but not a must. If you don’t have this you must have strong desire to learn.
Experience and understanding of financial products and financial services including knowledge of double entry accounting.
